Terms of Service
Effective May 28, 2026
Short version: we publish editorial AI-hardware reviews and benchmarks; we're not a retailer; nothing here is professional advice; don't abuse the chatbot or scrape the site; the benchmark dataset is CC-BY 4.0; disputes go to courts in Istanbul.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using MyAIHardware.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the Site's founder (operating as an individual; see Privacy Policy §1). We may modify these Terms; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Editorial Disclaimer (Important)
The Site publishes:
- Aggregated benchmark numbers drawn from public sources (llama.cpp, vLLM, MLPerf, vendor pages, community posts). We are not an independent test lab and we say so on every benchmark page.
- Hardware buying guides that reflect our editorial opinion based on those public sources. Hardware specifications and prices change frequently, verify on the vendor or retailer site before purchase.
- Tutorials and instructions for installing and running local AI software. These are provided "as is"; you assume all risk of running them on your hardware.
Nothing on the Site is professional advice (financial, engineering, legal, or otherwise). We do not warrant that any specific GPU, NPU, server, or software will meet your needs. Hardware purchases and infrastructure decisions are entirely your responsibility.
4. Affiliate Relationship
MyAIHardware is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program (associate tag: fredoline-20). We earn a commission on qualifying purchases made via our links, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate participation does not change the price you pay and does not influence editorial recommendations. We are not the seller, any purchase contract is between you and the third-party retailer. We are not responsible for shipping, warranty, returns, or product defects.
5. AI-Assisted Content
Significant portions of the Site's content (model descriptions, article bodies, glossary entries, news items) are AI-assisted and then human-edited. We disclose this site-wide in the footer ("AI-assisted, human-edited") so readers can calibrate. We try to verify factual claims against primary sources but errors are inevitable, if you spot one, email [email protected] and we will correct it.
6. Your Submissions
When you submit a benchmark, comment, or other content to the Site (including via the public GitHub issue tracker we use for benchmark contributions), you grant MyAIHardware a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display that submission on the Site and in related distribution channels (RSS, JSON API, embeddable widgets), with attribution to you preserved. You retain ownership and may withdraw your submission at any time by emailing [email protected].
7. Acceptable Use
Don't:
- Probe, scan, or test the security of the Site or its hosts.
- Scrape benchmark or product data at high volume, use our public JSON / CSV / RSS feeds at
/api/v1/instead. The feeds are licensed CC-BY 4.0 (attribution required). - Use the chatbot to generate spam, deceptive content, or to extract personal data from third parties.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws.
We may suspend access (block IPs, rate-limit, disable accounts) without notice for violations.
8. Intellectual Property
All Site content not contributed by users (editorial copy, layouts, graphics, codebase) is © 2026 MyAIHardware. The benchmark dataset published at
/api/v1/benchmarks.csv and .json is licensed Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC-BY 4.0); you may reuse it commercially with attribution to MyAIHardware. The source code is private (proprietary). Product names, vendor logos, and trademarks (NVIDIA, AMD, Apple, Intel, etc.) belong to their respective owners and appear here for editorial identification only.9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF CONTENT. We do not warrant that benchmark numbers, prices, or specifications are current or correct. We do not warrant that the Site will be available without interruption.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYAIHARDWARE AND ITS FOUNDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR HARDWARE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Our total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed USD $100 or the amount you have paid to MyAIHardware in the preceding 12 months (whichever is greater).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MyAIHardware and its founder harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your submitted content, or your unlawful use of the Site.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. We chose this jurisdiction because the founder is resident there; this notice will be updated if a registered company entity is later formed elsewhere. Where a user's local consumer-protection laws grant rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights continue to apply notwithstanding this clause.
13. Dispute Resolution
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first email [email protected] and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally. If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, except where mandatory consumer law assigns jurisdiction elsewhere. Class actions and class arbitrations are waived to the extent permitted by law.
14. DMCA / Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] including: (a) your contact details, (b) the URL of the allegedly infringing content, (c) the URL or description of the original work, (d) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, (e) your signature. We will respond within 14 days and remove or restrict access to validated infringing content.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Accessibility statement, constitute the entire agreement between you and MyAIHardware regarding your use of the Site.
17. Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version with a new Effective Date. Material changes affecting your rights will be flagged at the top of this page for at least 30 days. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.
